The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and HR policies, handling employee relations, and leading HR management initiatives. This role will be located in Singapore with flexibility for some remote work.

Job purpose

• Reporting to the Retail Manager; your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Typing of Letter of Appointment and other personnel letters for assigned projects/divisions

General Description:

This position is responsible for effective handling of tenders from customers and aligning opportunities with the company’s strategic objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve high standards of safe and pollution-free operations of vessels by ensuring that company policies related to Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality Assurance (HSEQA) are effectively implemented

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Educational Qualification should be at least Graduate Engineer and holder of COC Class 1 (Unlimited FG).
• Must have sailed as Chief Engineer on (Tanker - Bulk / Oil / Crude / Chemical / LNG / LPG ) or Dry Vessels ( Bulk Careers / Containers).
• Minimum 3 years experience in Senior Officer Rank on Foreign Going Tanker Vessels.
• Proficient in PMS, ISM, PSC, Flag & Class requirements.
• Preferably not have changed companies during last 5 years.
• Previous working experience of at least 1 year handling Foreign Going vessels as Technical Superintendent.
