· Candidate must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

· At least 2 - 4 years of related working experience preferably in retail and/or F&B industry.

· Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, corporate tax and GST rules and regulations

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

· Fast learner with strong sense of initiative, driven and a good team player

· Possess good interpersonal skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills

· Preferably able to commence immediately or with short notice.

· Those with more experiences will be considered for a Senior position.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 930am to 630pm

• Process suppliers’ invoices, including checking to supporting documents, obtaining approvals and accounts coding.

• Process and verify staff claims

• Accrue expenses and unprocessed invoices

• Process invoices to customers & related companies

• Raise and post monthly journals

• Perform monthly accounts reconciliation

• Review creditors’ ageing and follow up with vendors on outstanding balances

• Perform cash projections

• Check and verify GST computation on incoming shipments and invoices

• Manage petty cash

• Prepare audit schedules and attend to audit queries

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Coordinating with Trainers on rolling out of curriculum and training contents.
• Coordinate cross-program activities with trainees and other stakeholders (inc but not limited to trainers, external vendors, management, etc).
• Maintaining accurate records of training sessions and certification achievements.
• Promoting the training programmes through marketing initiatives and outreach efforts.
• Calendar scheduling with internal and external stakeholders
• Planning of upcoming cohorts dates with management
• Work collaboratively with Pipeline/Recruitment Manager on upcoming cohort
• Set up bootcamp for upskilling session including sending of training materials and coordinating with partners
• Prepare presentation for Day 1 introduction to trainees on programme learning modules
• Coordinate with external training provider on trainees examination dates, including data uploading of trainees to external portal
• Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness and success of training programmes, sending of surveys
