As a Operations Executive, he/she will coordinate the packing of teaching resources and assisting trainers in receiving them, to ensure the smooth operation of the programmes.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day operations
• Stocktake/arrangement of teaching resources
• Housekeeping of soft copy resources
• Receive and unpack new shipment items
• Print and bind books
• Oversee packing process and provide relevant support to packing team
• Uphold team efficiency and ensuring operations run smoothly within the timeline
• Assist Head of Department in lesson preparation related tasks like packing and preparation of print materials

Required skills and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in packing processes or coordination role
• Minimum Higher Nitec in business administration and/or logistics
• Proficiency in Google spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Good team player
• Good interpersonal skills with professional communication skill
