Job Description:
· Assist with the management of cleaning operation duties as directed by the Operations Manager
· Managing resources, work procedures, service contracts, and work incidents.
· Maintain stock of supplies of materials and equipment
· Implement and recommend operation plans to improve work processes and service quality for the organization
· Coordinate with Supervisor and Client to ensure quality service delivery
· Ensure cleaning terms adhere to safety measures during the cleaning operation
· Compile and analyze relevant data for presentation
· Facilitate planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower
· Attend to multiple customers’ feedback promptly and amicably.
· Any other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
· GCE “O” Level with minimum of 3 years of experience in the related field is required
· Supervisory experience & Customer oriented
· Computer literacy
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Responsible and reliable
· Proficient in Microsoft software
· Possess a good work attitude and ensure all tasks are performed efficiently in meeting Company’s objective.
