General Job Description:

The Finance Executive reports to the Head of Finance. You will be responsible for processing and managing all aspects of accounts payable, maintaining vendor relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the finance department.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices accurately and promptly.
• Match purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices to verify proper documentation and authorization.
• Prepare and process electronic payments and cheques
• Review and process employee expense reports in compliance with expense reporting guidelines.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Assist with reconciliations and analysis as required.
• Other Admin and Accounting duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• A team player and willing to learn
• Experience in accounts payable will be an advantage
• Meticulous with a good level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Basic: $3,000 - $4,500
• AWS, VB, Comm, Transport allowances, and more!

• Assist in creating effective specification tools, conduct presentations, and attend industry events.
• Provide market intelligence, support sales personnel in specification matters, and promote products to key stakeholders.

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (construction industry preferred).

Responsibilities

- Participate in Conceptualise, Plan and Develop strategies to build deep friendships with partners and foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Design and implement volunteer management systems and processes to network, match and engage volunteers.

- Manage the roll out of volunteer training programmes to strengthen capability, support aspirational and motivational needs, and create buy-in.

- Work closely with departments to coordinate volunteer contributions on both department and organisation-wide levels.

- Effectively handle communications with volunteers and internal departments on various platforms to optimise engagement and coordination.

• Handles telephone calls and written or Electronics correspondence with assigned accounts
• Response to customers Inquiries
• Order Entry
• Expedites/Order modification – expedite and follow-up with buyers/suppliers for shipment schedules with prompt updates to customers.
• Review and manage open orders and ship per customer’s requirements.
• Advise customer forthcoming schedules / shipment and discrepancies
• Follow up on critical orders to ensure that orders ship per customer delivery requirement and shipping window

Requirement:
