• Support and Handle stock taking for clinics
• Assist in MOH licensing and act as the contact point for facilities vendors
• To assist in all ad-hoc administrative matters

Operations Support

• Execute action plans for the organisation to meet strategic goals
• Support the smooth running of daily operations of organisation
• Manage SOPs for HQ and clinics

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business/Management Studies, Marketing, Communications or any other relevant discipline
• Good people skills. Team player and able to demonstrate leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to implement quality improvements
• Review operational data to identify operational issues and provide solutions to optimise efficiency and overall process flows
• Follows up on the preventive and / or corrective actions identified during the inspections and monitors the timely closing of the actions in coordination with other divisions/ department
• To ensure documentation formats and structures are consistent with ISO certified structure
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an operations-based industrial environment.
• Possess In depth knowledge of local legislation (e.g. WSH/SCDF/NEA), ISO45001 and procedures.
• Self-driven and team player
• ISO Auditor Cert will be advantageous
