• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break.

Item 1: Admin Assistant (Admin & Customer Services)

Manning of General Office Counter:

• Attend to queries from students, parents or members of public (phone calls & walk-ins).
• Assist in general administrative and student related duties

1. Follow up with absentees.
2. Checking of documents for Financial assistance application
3. Inform parents on Financial assistance outcome
4. Guide staff for incident report
5. Preparing early dismissal slip for unwell students
6. Updating of daily student attendance

• Assist in records management (incident report and late list)
• Assist in other office or admin duties assigned by the Authority

Item 2: Admin Assistant (Admin & Finance)

Manning of General Office counter:

• Attend to queries from students, parents or members of public (phone calls & walk-ins)
• Assist in general administrative and student related duties

1. Checking of documents for Financial Assistance application
2. Maintaining of Financial Assistance list
3. Preparing outcome letter for Financial Assistance
4. Guide staff for incident report
5. Preparing early dismissal slip for unwell students
6. Oversee bus booking orders

• Assist in basic financial duties (work payment officer on follow up)
• Assist in other office or admin duties assigned by the Authority

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• At least 1 year working experience as a receptionist or doing admin in a secondary school environment.
• At least GCE “N” level certification.
• Able to communicate and write well in English and at least one other language.
• Possess good communication skills and able to work independently as well as a team player.
• Able to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.

Job Scope

• Support the team of trust managers in the day-to-day administration.
• Assist in KYC process for bespoke team structures (e.g. periodic reviews, collation of documents).
• Assist with completion of documents and forms.
• Liaise with the operations team in reviewing, sending, and scanning of documents.
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks or assignment.

Job Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder in any related field.
• At least 3 years’ administration experience in a banking environment.
• With excellent multi-tasking skills and present a high level of professionalism and good working attitude.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
