As Executive Lounge Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the aspects of the Club Lounge function to deliver a memorable service that makes our VIP or Rewards guests feel at home. You will assist the Club Lounge Manager in supervising, guiding and coaching the Club Lounge team members to achieve operational efficiency in the Club Lounge.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Assisting Club Lounge Manager to oversee day-to-day operations to deliver high level of service for our guests consistently
• Retrieving guest arrival report from Merlin and liaise with F&B team on amenities, room blocking as per guests’ preferences
• Maintaining cashier float, ensure accurate daily report of money received and performs audit balances in accordance to accounting policies and procedures
• Maintaining standard of behaviour, appearance, and attitude in accordance with the hotel’s brand
• Conducting daily beverage inventory and other inventories as required by management prior to closing the Club Lounge for the day

• Attending to guest’s complaints, inquiries, and requests and if there is a complaint that needs assistance, refer to the Club Lounge Manager or the Duty Manager

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the Club Lounge and pantry area

What we need from you

• A minimum qualification in GCE O levels
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of standard reservation procedures regarding e-mails, messages and how to interpret availability sources within the reservation systems
• Fluency in spoken English language. Knowledge in an extra language skill would be great, but not essential
• Motivated individual with a friendly personality

Responsibilities:

Donor Cultivation & Stewardship

• Conducts market research and analysis for targeted donor prospects, stays engaged and keeps abreast of giving landscape in Singapore.
• Identifies and nurtures effective relationships with existing donors/ prospects to grow the donor base and financial support for the Foundation.
• Manages fundraising programmes and events including preparation of appeal letters, proposals and other related collaterals.

Stakeholder Engagement Through Effective Marketing

• Keeps abreast of fundraising trends and explore diverse fundraising channels and streams, in particular, digital platforms, to build and grow a sustainable pipeline of future donors.
• Creates impactful contents and messaging through appeal letters, patients’ stories and other marketing collaterals to effectively engage donors/partners.
• Supports other Foundation projects/events when required.

Requirement:

• Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Communications or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2-year demonstrated outstanding performance in fundraising/ business development/ key accounts & project management. Experience in philanthropy and marketing communications will be an advantage.

Operations Executive is primarily responsible in performing defined flight watch duties; ensuring relevant information is transmitted to crew via suitable means and follow up in absence of acknowledgement from crew; coordinate with dispatch service provider and act as medium between flight dispatch and the pilot for operational support and flight following.

Responsibilities:

3. Ensure operational information as defined in ORM is transmitted to crew via suitable means and follow-up on crew's acknowledgement,

4. Ensure that Flight Plan package consisting of all sectors for the crew, including weather and NOTAMs and a picture form of the most recent weather conditions/ volcanic activity charts (as published at regular intervals) are ready for the crew at sign-on.

5. Coordinate between pilot and dispatch service provider where applicable.

6. Strong knowledge on dispatch functions and responsibilities,

7. Ensure flights are crewed efficiently and within legality parameters,

8. Liaise and follow up agencies (eg JMC, GHA, airport AIS, etc) to ensure that flight operation are in check and flight departures are not affected,

9. Communicate with foreign government agencies airport slots (for adhoc or scheduled services).

10. Managing of flight satchels to ensure that information are available for operating crews upon reporting.
