· Work with Head for new business proposals for courses, training programmes, seminars and workshops

· Lead the development of proposals and sales collateral based on evaluation of business opportunities

· Work out pricing framework according to market trends and emerging market segments

· Collate and monitor the satisfaction and outcomes of business transaction from the clients and vendors

Key Requirements:

· Degree / Diploma in Business / Marketing or related discipline

· Minimum 3-4 years in a Business Development/Sales/Operations role, preferably in the education & training sector

· Detailed, meticulous and able to multitask

· Sales driven and result oriented

· Customer centric

· Good project management and presentation skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Data entry of invoices and journal

Perform payrun and payroll processing functions

Provide administrative support

Conduct market research and organizational activities

Manage digital platforms and social media accounts

Work closely with all business counterparts on any matters that have financial impact

Assist to provide professional advisory services to clients and stakeholders

Ensure confidentiality and maintain security of information at all times.

Any other ad-hoc assignments
