Job Summary:

As the Operation Executive at New Hope Community Services, you will be an integral part of our mission to bring change into the lives of the displaced and disadvantaged in the community. Workplace Safety and Health

• Respond to incidents within shelter units, such as de-escalating crisis situations, and notify the Management / Funder agency (MSF / SCORE) for the next action step within 24 hours.

Administration

• Ensure collection of shelter fees by the first week of the month.
• Support the maintenance and update of the Operations SOP manual (including urine tests, etc.).

• Implement an information / data management system to effectively collect and maintain client and operational data.
• Collect statistics for monitoring and evaluation of activities and programmes of the shelter.

Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp...etc)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort!)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criterias

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

The Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore (IPAS) is the premier professional body for insolvency professionals in Singapore. To that end, we set standards for the insolvency profession through academic and continuing professional development programmes. We further seek to advance the status and interest of insolvency professionals through engagement and interactions with regulators, judges from the insolvency docket and other professional organizations. The Senior Executive will work with the Executive Director and the Secretariat office to grow and manage IPAS. Pending establishment of a permanent office, this position will work from home except where your physical attendance is required.

Duties & Responsibilities/Job Description:

• Organizing various programs and events to engage and increase the membership base.
• Administration and marketing of academic and training courses.
• Management of social media account/website to promote and raise awareness of IPAS.
• Managing and interacting with various stakeholders including the IPAS board, regulators, and other professional & industry organizations.
• Assisting with the duties of the board secretariat.
• Assisting to organize special events such as conferences, annual social events etc.
• Assisting with general administrative/IT responsibilities.

Profile/Requirements:

• Pro-active, self-motivated, conscientious and a team player who can work with minimum supervision.
• Good time management. Able to multi-task and deliver assigned tasks within timelines.

• Build and maintain good relationship with tenants and garner their participation in the mall’s marcom activities
