As a Marketing Communications Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing communication strategies to promote products, services, or the overall brand of the company. Your primary focus will be on creating compelling messages to reach and engage the target audience.
Your Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
Execute marketing communication strategies aligned with the overall marketing goals and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging across various channels.
Content Creation
Create and curate content for various marketing channels, including but not limited to, social media, websites, blogs, emails, and print materials.
Ensure that all content is in line with the brand voice and messaging guidelines.
Digital Marketing
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, email marketing, and online content distribution.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Public Relations
Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
Draft press releases, articles, and other communication materials to enhance the company's public image.
Event Management
Coordinate and execute events and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
Market Research
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Brand Management
Uphold and reinforce the brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements.
Ensure all marketing communication materials align with brand guidelines.
Analytics and Reporting
Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns.
Provide regular reports and insights on key performance indicators to assess the impact of marketing efforts.
Job specifications:
- Diploma in Marketing/Communication and above.
- Min 1-2 years relevant working experience in a retail industry, working with or developing communication materials, in a marketing communication role, advertising or marketing agency.
- Proven experience in marketing communications, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Working experience in Adobe Premiere Pro/Adobe After Effects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Demonstrate strong initiative and interest to create compelling content.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
