• Manage and maintain fixed asset records in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Perform monthly fixed asset reconciliations and ensure accuracy of data
• Assist in the preparation of fixed asset schedules for financial reporting purposes

Havas Singapore is looking for a Finance Executive to support on Accounts Receivables and Payables for our Asia Division.

This Finance Executive will be reporting to a Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing of invoices, expenses, staff claims, credit card transactions and petty cash and reconciling supplier statements
• Billing of clients including expense billing and ad hoc project billing on a monthly basis and in line with the finance timetable. This will involve billing in multi-currency
• Inter-company reconciliations, preparing payment runs and processing payments
