• Diploma or certificate in Accounting.

• 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting and SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Utilize accounting software to streamline process
• Liaise with other departments to obtain necessary financial information
• Accurately process employee salary, ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations
• Maintain organized databases for accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll transactions.
• Ensuring the security and confidentiality of all accounts / payroll data
• Basic knowledge on Singapore labour laws and tax regulations to ensure accurate payroll processing
• Prepare and file payroll income tax reports and other regulatory filings as required
• Generate payroll reports
• Work closely with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Collaborate with HR to ensure seamless integration between payroll and personnel records
• Other duties

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Minimum of 2 year’s working experience in payroll processing & general accounting
