Job Summary:
The AV Installation Assistant/Engineer will work closely with our skilled installation team to set up and configure audio-visual systems for our clients. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for AV technology, an eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist/ conduct in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of AV systems, including home theaters, audio systems, and other AV equipment.
Help in / conduct cutting ceilings, running and organizing cabling, wiring, and mounting of equipment.
Ensure the proper setup, alignment, and calibration of equipment for optimal performance.
Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and supplies required for installations.
Assist in testing systems post-installation to verify functionality and quality.
Provide support in educating clients on basic system operation and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in AV installation, electrical work, or technical support is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
Basic understanding of AV systems, components, and wiring (preferred).

Physical ability to lift equipment and work on ladders as required.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive Sales & Admin Assistant to support our sales and administrative operations. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Job Summary:
The Part-Time Sales & Admin Assistant will support our sales team with administrative tasks, customer service, and sales coordination. You will play a key role in managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing information on products and services.
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales documents.
Support the sales team in tracking leads, managing follow-ups, and coordinating customer orders.
Maintain product and price lists and keep the sales team updated on new inventory and promotions.
Prepare product specification sheets to be provided to IDs, architects and main cons., etc
Administrative Duties
Handle daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
Assist in inventory management by updating stock levels, placing orders, and organizing products.
Coordinate showroom appointments and help manage showroom displays.
Support general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, price label preparations and office supply orders.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administration is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the audio-visual or consumer electronics industry is a plus
Working Hours:
16-24 hours a week

Ensure compliance with Singapore's employment regulations and HR best practices.
Review and improve existing HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency.
Handle employee engagement, well-being programs, and retention initiatives.
Address and resolve HR issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee employee training and development programs.
Manage office facilities, supplies procurement, and administrative budgets.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
At least 3 - 5 years of HR & Admin experience.
Good understanding of local employment laws and regulations.
Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage.
