Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of working experience, preferably in the education sector
• Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Advanced MS Excel will be advantageous
• Knowledge in student information/database management systems will be advantageous
• Excellent inter-personal and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team to meet tight deadlines
• Organised and meticulous with attention to details
• Good time management with ability to multi-task

Job Description:

• Responsible for receiving/inspecting incoming materials.
• unloading import shipments and inspecting shipping-related documentation against physical goods.
• Handle food ingredients and chemical waste disposal according to NEA guideline.
• Prepare export shipments by planning and executing the pick and pack ahead of time.
• To participate in Stock Take and Stock Check using barcode scanner.
• To maintain warehouse inventory.
• Operate reach truck/forklift to transfer the materials, packaging, equipment, and tools to appropriate locations.
• Basic housekeeping of warehouse area.
• To handle deliveries of goods to clients.
• To drive company mini bus

Skills Required:

• Minimum GCE N or O level or relevant 2 years warehouse experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Comfortable to lift and handle goods up to 25kg, and able to maneuver heavy pallets of stocks through the facility.
• Possess a forklift driving license. Able to drive reach truck.
• Must have a valid Class 4 driver's license.
• Willing to take overtime when required.

• Working days is from Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Frequent Shuttle bus from/to Lakeside MRT and Factory

Job Responsibilites:

• Requisition fulfilment for raw materials, workshop tools and office supplies
• Generate purchase orders, oversea delivery schedules and maintain purchase records
• Manage suppliers, resolve discrepancies or quality issues on purchases
• Inventory management with workshop/storeman

Job Requirement:

• NTC/ Diploma preferably in Mechanical/Precision engineering
• Min. 2 years of experience preferably in Oil & Gas/engineering
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
