• Responsible for the profitability of the outlet, staff management, product quality, maintaining excellent customer service standards and execution of promotions in outlet
• Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain the highest standard of service quality
• Ensure all cost expenses are well managed
• Responsible in recruitment, development and retention of staff in the outlet and take appropriate measures in furtherance of staff stability.
• Involve, prepare pre-service meeting/roll call for staff
• Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements
• Enforce hygiene regulations and upkeep restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Responsible for the submission in a timely manner, all reports, schedules etc to the Operations Manager and HQ
• Attend all meetings and training programs when required
• Provide feedback/recommendations on staff schedule, attendance, timeliness, complaints and innovations or any exceptional occurrences
• Ensure reservations are properly taken and tables assigned such that it will not overload individual station of the outlet while still respecting the wishes of the customers
• Overseas posting/attachment may be required

Role Description

This position reports to the founder and works directly on independent and comissioned projects. OKJ Works is a Documentary Storytelling company, and this position is open to those who seek to do justice to stories told through in depth research, production skillset and manpower management.

Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

1. Production of independent and commissioned documentary projects together with founder and freelance network crew

2. Scoping out future independent documentary prospects through collaborative research and analysis.

Competencies

1. Guidance and collaboration on in-depth topics of a wide range of local topics for documentary production and comissioned works

2. Active participation in documentary productions, including research, filming, post-production

3. Develop understanding of time management, interpersonal skills and resource allocation for production

Education Qualifications Required

This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non mature).

Graduates interested in this position should possess a University Degree qualification and above. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
