Collaboration & Reporting:

• Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in F&B foodservice sales, with a strong background in the poultry industry.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both English and Chinese.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of the poultry industry, including products, applications, and market trends.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

• To assist in customer service at the counter

• To answer telephone calls and direct them to the respective parties, if necessary

• To assist in administering simple first aid for students Generic Email

• To assist in the clearing of the generic email Data Entry using Microsoft Word or Excel

• To assist in data entry using Microsoft Word or Excel Any other clerical duties

• To assist in any other clerical duties assigned

Requirements:

• At least GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level

• Able to commence work on 02 Jan 2025

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good team player with a high level of initiative

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Please indicate proficiency in CV)

• Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in reception duty in schools between 2021 to 2024

• Mondays to Fridays: 6:30 am to 3:45 pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
