Job Summary:
The successful applicant will support the School by providing an efficient reprographic service for the school community. The role reports to Procurement Director through Lead Reprographics Technician.

Requirements:
- Minimum GCE `O’ Level or equivalent
- Minimum working experience of two to three years
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of PC (Microsoft Office Applications) and software applications e.g. Tiff, JPEG, Excel and PDF
- Experience with photocopying machines will be an advantage
- Pleasant disposition with good communication skills
- Positive attitude and positive approach to working with people
- Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
- Have a disciplined approach to timekeeping and good attendance at work
Key Responsibilities
1. Primary – Reprographics
- Undertake all tasks relating to photocopying, booklet binding and laminating with efficiency.
- Track and follow-up on requests submitted both manually and via email and liaise with users upon completion of jobs.
- Sort and arrange photocopying and printing orders for distribution by class, year groups and departments. Attend to walk-in requests for ad-hoc photocopying and scanning to email.
- Printing of display posters and printing & trimming of tickets for special events.
- Be familiar with the function and operation of all copiers in the reprographics rooms. And department account codes.
- Perform cleaning and basic maintenance, replenishment of papers and changing of toner.
- Troubleshoot minor problems such as ink smudges and paper jams to ensure smooth operations of the equipment where there is ‘error” on the touch screen panel.
- Track and maintain proper stock level for paper and stationery supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Receive deliveries from suppliers and check to ensure items received are correct and in good condition.
- Submit the order form for new order of papers / color papers to Lead Reprographics Technican before stock runs out.
- Ensure work is performed within prescribed guidelines, health & safety and copyright regulations.
- Work with other Reprographic Assistants to support the three schools during team absentees.
2. Communication
- Handle all enquiries (emails and verbal) requests from the School.
- Advise staff on reprographic guidelines.
- Liaise with Lead Reprographics Technician on paper and stationeries supplies and equipment breakdown.
- Be responsible for reporting any concerns about a child to the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
