Responsibilities

· Assist the physiotherapist to carry out client-related activities

· Undertake and ensure safe, effective services and care to clients

· Maintenance of clients’ database

· Assist in reception duties which include registration, appointment making, billing and reconciliation of daily collection and attending to enquiries

· Assist in organizing events such as health and nutrition talks/programmes

· Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

· Nitec in Fitness Training/Higher Nitec in Sports Management/GCE O’ /’A’ Level holder

· Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science or Health Management and Promotion

· Previous experience is preferred

· Proficient in MS Office Application

· Able to converse with elderly clients

· Service oriented with a pleasant disposition

Work Location: Paya Lebar

Work Week: 5 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of AR / AP
• Data entry (supplier invoices & payments) in Quickbooks and NC Accounting System (include upload of all supporting documents into NC)
• Prepare and process payment after approval
• To handle subcontractor payment certification and back charge billing and accounts reconciliation
• Handle month-end closing of books of accounts
• Prepare monthly accounting reports
• Ad-hoc project when required

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking
• Possess knowledge of QuickBooks software / NC Accounting System
