YOUR MISSION _________

RETAIL SALES DEVELOPMENT:

• Drive performance to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs, maximize business profitability.
• Track sales performance and provide guidance to Boutique / Sephora teams.
• Implement and monitor monthly brand sales focus, sales target, and individual BA’s sales target. Constantly review and analyse achievements and develop strategies to close sales performances gaps.
• Work closely with brand’s Trainer on individual BA’s training to motivate team to achieve their sales target (total brand and individual)

VISUAL MERCHANDISING:

• Ensure counter is visually appealing aesthetically and in accordance with brand’s guidelines.
• Work closely with Brand Manager and trainer on new products launches and execute new product launch plan, according to marketing calendar.
• Proactively adjust product display/GWP display, maximizing sales efficiency.
• Ensure counter display reflects monthly sales and marketing focus.

• Ensure tip top store cleanliness as per brand guidelines, and tip top VM change/display.
• Ensure timely execution/management of monthly marketing animation and activation.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:

• To ensure accuracy and timelines on store inventory - ordering and return.
• Follow up product arrival and on-shelf time through close communication with Brand Manager.
• Inventory cleaning and management of discontinued and expired products. Follow up the disposal of discontinued products.
• Monitor product inventory and communicate with store operations supervisor to ensure stable supply.

GENERAL OPERATIONS:

• Be the key point of contact at all times to drive workshops and store events.
• Be the first point of contact on guest complaints and be responsible for onwards escalation, when needed.
• Roster management
• Ensure accuracy on half-yearly audit check.
• Hold short weekly meetings to inform BA and BTQ of sales targets, completion rate, incentive plan, key products, and display adjustments.
• Ensure that BA grooming meets brand standards.
• Ensure that the Specialist /BA/ GS on the counter can provide excellent customer service in accordance with the brand's service standards.

REPORTS:

• Timely submission of daily sales / monthly reports

SUPERVISION AND TEAM MANAGEMENT OF BAs:

• Ensure that BA grooming meets brand standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
• Be a role model for the team for sales and customer service.
• Motivates Beauty Advisors and establishes good team relationships and maintains team harmony.
• Assist and work with Brand Manager in recruitment of BAs.
• Partner with Trainer to ensure BAs are integrated into the brand with strong brand’s introduction and have strong basic product knowledge.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: 1.00pm – 8.30pm

Saturday & Sunday: 9.30am – 6.30pm

Weekly working hours: 41 hours

Weekly off: 1.5 days

Job Duty

1. Assist sales team in relationship management

2. Indoor sales: Introduce the product (courses) to the new customers

3. Assist in digital marketing; handling company’s social media accounts by updating contents

4. Design posters and advertisements

5. Assist in marketing events and outing (e.g., Seminar, talk, presentation etc.)

6. Student registrations and updating clients’ information

Preferred background (any of the following)

1. Possessing professional knowledge and skills relating to relationship management

2. Having experience in sunning social network account or media platform (e.g., XiaoHongShu, WeChat channel/official account, Weibo, Instagram etc.)

3. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Power Point, photo, or video editing apps

4. Possessing sales, customer service or relationship management experience

5. Proficient in English and Chinese reading and writing

6. Present good interpersonal skills and is able to work under pressure

7. Having Singapore primary and/or secondary education experience

Leveraging on undying influence of Japanese culture outside of Japan and the current climate where there are no boundaries for entertainment & music content, as Assistant Manager of Music Label team at Avex Asia, you are mainly responsible not only for identifying repertoires that have potential outside of Japan, developing them and executing marketing & promotional plans along with Senior Manager, Music Labe but also supporting the team across various areas of business.

Subsequently, as the team & function expand, there will be additional team responsibilities including but not limited to A&R, artist management, live events / touring, distribution / licensing etc. which may be considered to be assigned to you.

[What you will do]

You will be a point of contact both internally and externally with all matters around Avex’s repertoires along with Senior Manager, Music Label – including but not limited to AMC (Avex Music Creative; Avex’s Record Label team), AMG (Avex Management; Avex’s Artist Management team), ALC (Avex Live Creative; Avex’s Live Event team), Digital Service Providers (Spotify, Apple, YouTube, TikTok, Meta etc.), Marketing & PR agencies, Media outlets, Promoters, Brands etc.

You will support Senior Manager and General Manager of Avex Asia’s Music Label across various areas of business - apply an analytical approach so that you can identify opportunities, adopt a test-and-learn practice to try, test and learn in this constantly evolving and meeting the dynamic needs of the entertainment industry.

You are willing to go above and beyond to understand & learn the unique landscape of Japanese entertainment scene and adapt into your day-to-day where applicable.

Core Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning & Execution: Assisting in the planning and execution of artist-driven & live event marketing campaigns including but not limited to on-ground initiatives, digital marketing, social media, and traditional media. Furthermore, coordinating the creation of promotional materials such as press releases, promotional videos, and social media content.

• Project Management: Assisting the team in the project management by, including but not limited to, organising a collaborative project management tool, researching required information and its analysis, creating required assets & materials.

• Networking and Industry Relations: Attending industry events, networking with other professionals, and representing the company. Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, artists, promoters, and other key industry figures.

[Who you are]

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience from music / entertainment industry with an understanding of the industry, digital music ecosystem and Southeast Asian digital & traditional media landscape.

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with ability to develop strong relationships at all levels in & out of the organisation.

• Passion, curiosity and interest to follow the latest trends and technology in music / entertainment industry.

• Experience working across Southeast Asia region with an understanding of different natures of each market.

• Excellent organisation skills and attention to details with ability to work on multiple projects.

• Strong mentality to remain with objective & learning mindset.

• Proficiency in Japanese language preferred.

Job Title: Academy Head of Administrative

Job Summary:

An Academy Head of Administrative is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of an educational institution or academy. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating academic activities, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the academy to support students, faculty, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Management:

• Supervise administrative staff, ensuring efficient office operations.
• Oversee the allocation of administrative tasks and responsibilities.
• Implement and improve administrative policies and procedures.

2. Student Services:

• Manage student admissions, registrations, and enrolment processes via TMS system.
• Address student inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate student orientation and other related activities.

3. Academic Support:

• Assist in course scheduling, ensuring proper allocation of classrooms and resources.
• Ensure textbooks, course materials, and academic resources are printed out by academy admin assistant

4. Trainer/Assessor and Staff Support:

• Manage trainer schedules and classroom assignments.

5. Facilities and Equipment:

• Oversee facility maintenance and repairs, including classrooms, labs, and common areas.
• Ensure the availability and functionality of necessary equipment and technology.
• Coordinate facility bookings for events and meetings.

6. Financial Management:

• Assist in budget planning and monitoring of financial resources.
• Process financial transactions, including tuition fees and vendor payments.
• Maintain simple and accurate financial records and reports to Finance department.

7. Communication and Outreach:

• Act as a liaison between students, trainers/ assessors, and administration.
• Communicate important information to students and trainer through various channels.
• Assist in organizing and promoting academic events and programs.

8. Compliance and Regulations:

• Ensure compliance with educational regulations, policies, and accreditation standards.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation required for compliance reviews and audits.

9. Data Management:

• Maintain databases and student records accurately and securely.
• Generate reports and statistics related to student enrolment and course evaluation.

10. Academic Committees:

• Assist in the planning and execution of committee initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
