• Provide front line counter services such as patient registration and provide information on clinic services and products
• Assist Medical Doctors during procedures
• Provide professional and personalized aesthetic face and body therapies to an exclusive clientele, including facials and other treatments
• Advise clients on premium medical aesthetic treatments and beauty products
• Sell and promote treatments and products to clients based on their needs
• Build repeat clientele
• Actively promote clinic services
• Liaising with external partners and venders
• Able to handle administrative duties assigned. Computer skills necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

• Candidates with CIDESCO/ CIBTAC/ ITEC or NURSING qualifications will be an advantage, with proficiency in a variety of facial treatments.
• Computer skills required
• Proficiency in written and spoken ENGLISH
• A team player, possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin preferred
• Customer orientated and able to provide service with a smile
• Confident with a pleasant disposition and well groomed
• Able to work independently.
• Meticulous in execution of work duties; must possess a positive attitude and is hardworking
• Able to multi-task, prioritize and work fast in a demanding work environment

(1) Accounts Receivable
• To prepare tax invoices, debit notes, credit notes
• To code, input and update all records into the relevant system.
• To prepare refunds to customers and dealers.
• To prepare collection summary and debtors reports.
