Responsibilities:
· Assists and manage daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meeting and meeting minutes.
· Manage any government or legal documentation.
· Oversee schedules and shipments, ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination.
· Supervise company rental and property matters.
· Handle internal and external mandates, offering administrative assistance for projects and ad hoc tasks.
· Organize travel arrangements, encompassing flights, hotels, transportation, and event planning when required.
· Update and manage sale commission
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Secretarial Studies or equivalent.
· At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary or in a similar capacity.
· Proficient in schedule management, shipment tracking, order placement, and travel coordination.
· Familiarity with visa application procedures preferred.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and document preparation.
· Ability to multitask and manage daily workload efficiently.
· Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin is required for Chinese-speaking associates.
· Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
