Salary: $2,000 fixed per month
Training: 14 working days during the day (may vary)
Shifts (rotational basis, 44 hours per week):
Morning: 8:30am - 6:30pm or 8:30am - 5:30pm (1-hour break), 4 weekdays + 1 weekend
Afternoon: 11am - 9pm or 12pm - 9pm (1-hour break), 4 weekdays + 1 weekend

Job Scope:
Assist with picking and packing medicine for patients.
Handle telepharmacy operations such as processing prescriptions.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

The Assistant Manager (LawNet Product Operations) will report to the Deputy Director (Product Management). You will oversee and ensure defined product releases of LawNet are on schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and ensure defined product releases of LawNet are on schedule.
• Assist with analysis of internal and external stakeholders needs and desires by market research, surveys or user group testing.
• Support product ideation, technical development, product testing, launch, end-user training and rollout.
• Assist in the planning of product release plans with product managers and prepare artefacts for delivery of new functionalities to external stakeholders.
• Recommend new tools and processes within the product team to ensure adequate visibility for stakeholders on progress and enable an efficient product management practice.
• Embody and champion the product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities to the development teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze feedback from users and usage data to identify new opportunities or problems that the product should address.
• Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
• Assist in the operational preparation of user feedback sessions and support the synthesis efforts.
• Evaluate release risk and provide advice and guidance to stakeholders and business units.
• Complete product operational activities by scheduling and coordinating within the product team and internal stakeholders; and following up on work results.
• Create relevant product documentation for stakeholders’ reference.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• At least Diploma in Information Technology / Business Management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Business Management is preferred.
• Experience in software product management, or as an associate product manager, with successes in (1) understanding the end-user and driving product adoption, and (2) delivering products on-time and defining product success metrics ensuring commercial relevance.
• Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Polished professionalism with outstanding strategic, organizational, planning (project & finances), communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Team player who is independent, resilient and resourceful.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding KPIs.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

The Tender Analysis & Management role covers the APAC region and has two main focus areas:

1. Lead Tender Management for new business and renewal opportunities across our network
2. Own the pricing structure, analysis and governance to ensure optimal commercial outcomes

Tender Analysis & Management (TAM)

• Commercial oversight and guidance on tenders and renewals to ensure financially viable opportunities.
• Lead regional and global tenders with coordination of value proposition, pricing and costing, solution design, capabilities, innovation & case studies in the Opportunity stage of projects.
• TAM regional lead interfacing with Global TAM function
• Lead the TAM development and implementation of all new SL pricing processes and techniques across the region
• Create more effective and efficient bid/ tender processes by incorporating standards, best practices and latest modelling/insight tools

Business Performance Reporting

• Financial modelling for P+L reviews, BU strategic initiatives and financial reporting
• Support Business Review Meetings and Integrated Business Plan business performance processes
• Business analytics projects

Requirements

• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in tender management, pricing development and management
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Statistics, Analytics or Operations
• Strong commercial awareness and experience
• Prior logistics experience, ideally in a 3PL contract logistics environment
• Knowledge of the Asia Pacific Region
• Strategic/conceptual thinker, skilled in navigating across a complex environment
