• Logistics setup for the running of activities on daily basis.
• Facilitate or conduct daily activities for the elderly.
• Record attendance of participants for the various activities, monitor the safety of the participants, assist the instructor during the session.
• Assist and facilitate the billing, accounting and tracking of transactions arising from the programmes.
• Assist in preparation of activities materials and bulletins.
• Collate data and statistics for reporting.
• Assist to attend to walk in enquiries, phone call, grocery ration distribution onsite/delivery to clients' homes.

Job Summary:

Assist in the kitchen operations in areas of food preparation and processing, cleaning and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform duties to keep all areas of the kitchen clean and sanitized including floors, walls, drains, food processing equipment, cooking utensils and other light equipment daily and periodically.

• Remove food wastes from waste receptacles thereafter clean and sanitize bins.

• To assist in daily food preparation assigned by the Head Chef.

• Ensure that all food are processed according to the corporate and government regulatory control in hygiene and sanitation standards.

• Ensure the safe operation of all cleaning equipment and report to the management of any faulty equipment.

• Attend weekly service meetings to improve and enhance service level.

• Responsible to wear the uniform that is provided and to maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.

• Performs any other duties as directed by the Head Chef.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact, greet and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions, process payments, and handle returns/exchanges.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocktaking and organising new stock.
• Set up and participate in store events or creative workshops for children.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting store environment.
• Provide support with any administrative tasks
• Assist with online orders and packaging

Requirements:

• Prior work experience in retail or customer service is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset
• Basic computer skills for operating the POS system
• Able to work in retail operation timings including weekends, public holidays
• Enthusiastic about working with children, stationery and creative products
