* Assist with day-to-day site admin functions
* Prepare and generate invoices
* Manage the provision of all office services, i.e. reception, phone, fax, mail, stationary, courier services, office equipment, etc
* Support the day-to-day aspects of records management for various users.
* Inputs document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
* Maintained updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly. ·
* Handle ad-hoc office administrative tasks.
* Issue Cheque payments to suppliers and payment vouchers.
* Any other duties as assigned by direct superior
