• Review and transform the current talent management policies and programmes towards a Tech Management organisation.
• Maintain the talent management database and monitor for talents who are due for postings
• Propose postings plan, engage the talents, liaise with respective agencies and seek approval for the postings to effect
• Propose engagement plan for talents with leaders
• Propose career pathways for talents based on their sector roadmap
• Support the team and organization HQ in any collection and submission of data and reports on talent management
• Propose and execute best practices in performance management

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field
• Min 3 years of experience preferably in talent management, performance management and/ or HR transformation work.
• Passion in digital/ tech industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in using Microsoft (Excel, Words), Pivot Table/VLOOKUP for data entry purpose
