The department is responsible for development and maintenance of Capital Market IT applications (in-house and package) used worldwide, covering Front Office (Murex, Apex, Orchestrade…), Back Office (Summit, Calypso…), Market data referential (Asset Control..), Market Risk (in-house application on big data technologies).

The Repo and Secured Financing (RSF) IT division, works across the full value chain to sustain business activity and enable its acceleration.

This role aims to develop on the Calypso back office package, in project mode as well as maintenance, and to support the “run the bank” function. It requires a deep understanding of the nature of business operations, timing of activities & data flowing through internal and external systems. The build and support team continuously works with business users, infrastructure engineers and system managers.

Main responsibilities

Build & change management

• Analyse enhancement requests for the repo business and new products.
• Propose solutions in collaboration with Architects.

The candidate will be in charge of understanding the requirements and to test the payment system of the bank which is Global Pay Plus – Sevice Platform (GPP-SP) from Finastra (previously D&H). Responsibilities

• Prepare data and analyze data sets for actionable insights and generate reports to support strategic & operational decision-making process.
• Design, build and maintain data pipelines (ETL processes, data models and data warehousing solutions) to ensure efficient and accurate data.
• Facilitate various digitalization initiatives for the company such as identifying opportunities to leverage RPA and automation solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations.
• Prepare analysis and report for management meetings.
• Develop reporting and visualization solutions to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide insights for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to develop business models, budgets and KPIs for new projects.

Prerequisites

• Minimum 5 years experience in Data / Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
• Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
• Excellent quantitative analytical & critical thinking skills with strong understanding of financial & accounting principles.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, R, Python with ETL and working with large database.
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. RPA scripting, Power Automate etc) is a plus.
• Able to work independently and commit to deadline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
