The Techno-Functional Support Specialist will be a member of the IT BAU team, specifically focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the availability of these systems and provide support for applications such as cloud Procurement, General ledger, Accounts payable, iExpense, Accounts receivable, and Fixed assets.

As the expert analyst within the IT team, the Support Specialist will collaborate with various teams including tech infrastructure, application services, solutioning, project teams, and business users of the bank. The Senior GCC Analyst provides front-line support to customers of CME Group for traded cash FX markets and provides relevant investigation and analysis for any major outages to management and other business stakeholders. In this role, the Senior GCC Analyst works regularly in a customer facing capacity to deliver informational assistance via telephone and electronic means. The analyst will need to be able understand the FX cash aspect of support and business to facilitate troubleshooting for any critical trading and connectivity issue on our platform.

Job Description:

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and planning activities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery across all country offices. Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports, along with variance analyses to track financial performance.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to resolve complex issues, drive organizational change, and provide data-driven insights that support business objectives.
• Business Development & Strategy Support: Identify potential growth opportunities, develop action plans, and facilitate communication across departments to ensure effective execution of strategies.
• Strategic Financial Support: Contribute to business case simulations, perform business assessments, and assist with cash flow forecasting to help senior management in making informed strategic decisions.
• Insightful Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership, including monthly and annual cash flow statements, consolidated management accounts, and profit-and-loss forecasts.
• Operational & Financial Oversight: Analyze subsidiary financial accounts to ensure alignment with overall group objectives, identifying any potential financial or operational risks.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support broader finance and strategic functions.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role, handling regional accounts.
• Skills:Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, particularly for financial modeling and simulations.
  Ability to create and deliver impactful strategic communications and reports.
