• Experience with designing with FPGA using Vivado is a plus

Our client is a highly reputed organization in chip design service company invested by an international consortium and founded by a senior chip design technical team.

Responsibilities:

· Works with the front-end design team to complete the chip floorplan, clock architecture, and powerplan.

· Takes charge of the physical design tasks from the Netlist to the GDSII, including P&R, formal verification, static timing analysis, physical verification, power analysis, design for reliability and tapeout.

· Researches the physical design methodology of advanced process nodes, and builds an automatic physical design platform.

Skills/Requirement:

· Holds a bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering, microelectronics, or computer science.

· At least five years of work experience in the digital backend design field. Hands-on project experience is required. Tapeout experience at advanced technology is preferred.

· Those with experience in TCL , Perl or Python script development and familiar with EDA tool design will be plus.

· Strong communication ability, good confidence and self-motivation.

· Bilingual in English and Chinese to coordinate with related stakeholders and with good teamwork spirit.

Responsibilities:

· Provide design support for product modifications, function improvements, cost reductions, manufacturing process improvements and other technical specifications.

· Produce technical specifications, requisitions, and detailed mechanical drawings to client and other stakeholders.

· Verify regulatory compliance with relevant departments.

· Ensure the proper indexing, filing, and storage of drawings.

· Working closely with production department to generate shop drawings and standardisation of parts for fabrication.

· Create test plan and perform mechanical verification and support product verification and validation to fulfil product requirements.

· Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements: ·

· Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

· At least 3 years of engineering design experience in mechanical fixtures and specialized structures for manufacturing/production needs.

· Proficient engineering design software such as AutoCAD / AutoDesk Inventor / SolidWorks etc.

· Good fundamentals technical knowledge preferable in steel structure and fixture.

· Experience in BIM will be an advantage.

· Proactive, Meticulous & strong analytical skills.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Willing travel to overseas when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build technical expertise within Design and Manufacturing
• Provide leadership direction to inspire team members, excellent technical and leadership coaching

• Experience of managing a team of multi-disciplinary engineers to perform product design development, mould design and manufacturing of complex engineering components in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Proved track record of delivering mechanical focused projects on time and to budget and specification
