(A) Job Summary:

The RMF/DFS Professional assists the Design Manager in specific areas pertaining to quality standards applicable at construction site.

(B) Essential Job Functions:

The RMF/DFS Professional is responsible, but not limited to, the following:

• To facilitate the hazard identification and risk management sessions for the preparations of the Safety Submissions.
• The appointed person in-charge of the preparation and submission of the Safety Submissions.
• To manage the hazard registers which are live documents and shall add new hazards identified, monitor and update the hazards in the register to ensure all hazards are mitigated and closed.
• Shall attend the Engineer’s Project Safety Committee Meetings and any other risk management meetings directed by the Engineer.

i) Be a registered PE or Architect with a Practicing Certificate

ii) Have 10 years relevant experience in the design (at least 5 years in design which includes contributions to designs, writing specifications) and the supervision of the construction of structures.

• Have a degree accepted by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or Board of Architects and construction related degree accepted by Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) and Society of Project Managers (SPM).
• Reasonable exposure in safety and health for construction especially on transportation infrastructure projects in a similar nature to this Contract.

(D) Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:

About the role:
