Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Monitoring & Yield Optimization: Implement advanced monitoring systems to enhance product quality and yield. Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to optimize production processes.
• Abnormal Quality Management: Take charge of addressing and improving abnormal quality issues in manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and preventive measures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality engineering, particularly in manufacturing and design quality.
• Proven experience in mechanical processes, including metal stamping, forging, brazing, die casting, CNC machining, milling, and knowledge of tooling and the design/manufacture of fixtures and jigs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.
• Six Sigma certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work abroad in China and Vietnam for a minimum of 10 months per year (includes four round-trip tickets to Singapore annually and separate arrangements for living accommodations).
