What will you do?

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the planning and implementation of the project from working with Creative, Research, and Development on materials to use, fabrication and installation.
• Take charge to appoint the most appropriate suppliers and contractors that can deliver quality work and best pricing.
• Identify the resource requirements and assign individual responsibilities; ensuring that the project is delivered according to specified standards and within agreed schedule.
• Manage project budget and cost management.

· Travelling for overseas streams (90%)

· Planning calendar of sales events (Special stream or events).

· Doing up daily/ weekly/monthly reports and KPI for the channel.

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in securing sponsorships for our IP-themed events, helping to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall event experience. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sponsorship strategies to secure funding and support for IP-themed events.
• Identify and approach potential sponsors, presenting compelling proposals to secure sponsorship deals.
• Maintain and build relationships with existing and potential sponsors to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure all event elements are aligned and executed smoothly.
