Your Job Scope
· Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring a tidy and welcoming workspace.
· Assist in overseeing/applying the governance and development schemes that can help the company.
· Organize and maintain documents, files, and records in physical and digital formats. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information.
· Aid in basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and coordinating with the finance department.
· Support team members with administrative needs, including assisting in presentations, preparing reports, and handling other ad hoc tasks.
· Facilitate internal communication by distributing memos, managing emails, and ensuring important information reaches the relevant stakeholders.
· Responds to clients’ email/tele inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
· Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office administrator, or similar role.
· Candidates with GCE O-Level and above or relevant courses will be considered
· Minimum 2 years experience preference
· Proficiency in office management software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Responsible and team player.
· Possess a positive & vibrant personality
· Resourceful with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Meticulous, passionate, good communicator, excellent time manager
· Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
· Familiarity with the interior design industry would be beneficial.
· Preferably Singaporean/ PR/ Malaysian(WP)
