RESPONSIBILITIES

The Early Intervention for Children (EIC) Services helps equip children with motor, communication, social, self-help and cognitive skills. THK EIC involves structuring classes around small groups encompassing early childhood special education, social work and therapy support services to stimulate their adaptive functioning and school readiness skills.

Role

The Art Therapist is to work with children and families of all ages and backgrounds using the visual arts as a medium for healing, awareness and self-development. The aim is to help their clients express intense emotion and explore their thoughts in a non-verbal way, using a wide range of art materials. The intention is not a focus on the artistic skills of the client but their engagement in a creative personal process. They work in either a group or one-to-one setting and provide a safe and secure environment for clients to work through their emotions. Art therapists also work closely with other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Taking referrals, including self-referrals and referrals from other professionals such as teachers, psychologists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists;
• Making referrals to other professionals;
• Attending meetings and case conferences to share ideas, expertise and good practice;
• Assessing the needs of the children and families by listening and providing guidance;
• Working creatively with various client groups in a therapeutic setting;
• Working in a group or one-to-one setting, often as part of a multidisciplinary team of professionals;
• Enabling clients to explore their art work and the process of its production;
• Assessing and understanding the feelings or temperament of others;
• Constructively challenging the behaviour and attitude of clients;
• Keeping up to date with administration: making phone calls; writing reports and case notes; and drafting letters to other professionals;
• Planning, designing and facilitating a schedule of activities with individuals and groups;
• Maintaining art therapy space and materials;
• Receiving support and discussing ideas in individual supervision;
• Exploring opportunities for work where it may not currently exist;
• Presenting a case to other professionals on reasons for employing an art therapist;
• Explaining what art therapy is to colleagues and other practitioners;
• Keeping up to date with continuing professional development (CPD) by attending seminars, lectures, and workshops;

• Leading a Team of Mechanical Design Engineers to execute the Mechanical Design Engineering of the Project which includes preparation of RFQ, Specifications, Mechanical Data Sheet for
• Centrifugal Pumps, PD Pumps, Submersible pumps, Marine Loading Arm, Oil / Water Separator,
• Gangway, Jib Crane, Fire Fighting Equipment, Mixers, Gas Dehydration Package, Air
• Compressor and Dryer Package, Nitrogen Generation Package, Chemical Injection Package,
• Process Filters, Vessels etc. meeting Process Requirement, Client Specifications, Project
• Requirements and all applicable Project Documents to enable Vendors to accurately bid for the supply of Equipment.
• Review & Checking of Mechanical Documents such as RFQ, Specifications, Mechanical DataSheet and Technical Bid Evaluation for Mechanical Equipment to ensure compliance to applicable Codes & Standards and Project Requirements
• Review of Vendor Quotation, Evaluation & Preparation of Technical Bid Evaluation for

• Interface Management with Lead Engineers, Client, Contractors, Vendors, Government Agencies and Certification agencies

Requirements

• Preferably Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Preferably 10 - 15 years of experiences in Oil and Gas industry Software Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement control algorithms and embedded firmware for high-power converters using C/C++ programming language and model-based design methodology.
• Knowledge of various communication protocols is applied to product development.
• Testing strategies are planned and executed, including bench testing, validation testing, unit testing, integration testing, and system level testing.
• Developing lab tests tools and support development of routine testing/systems for production systems.
• Creäte clear documentation for firmware design and test results.
• Provide support for identifying and troubleshooting field issues, customization requirements, and knowledge dissemination.
• Contribution to all phases of the firmware development life cycle is ensured, and the role involves working closely with R&D teams, field applications, and production teams for specifications, design, prototyping, and fabrication.
• Technical issues are found and solved during new product development and improvement.
• Technical guidance is provided to the software team, and the role involves planning and scheduling to meet goals, deliverables, and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Masters’ or PhD Degree in Power Electronics, Electrical or Electronics Engineer or Computer Science with 2+ years related working experience.
• Experience in firmware design, embedded software development, implementation in microcontrollers and real time control.
• With programming skills and excellent knowledge in various industrial communication protocol and implementation.

Job Requirement:

· At least Diploma in Interior Design or related field

· At least 2 years design working experience
