Your duties as Design Project Manager are as follows:

· To Prepare Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings

· Immediately highlight to client, architect or developer if there is a discrepancy from construction drawings

· Developing detailed designs, often using computer-aided design (CAD) software

· Carrying out research to make sure that drawings and plans are technically feasible

· Producing rough sketches and a sample board

· Choosing the most appropriate materials for the design and budget.

· To consult Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Engineers and other Professionals if there is a need.

Depending on the urgency of the project, you may need to inspect the construction site on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Since we have supplier and projects in Malaysia KL/Penang , you might travel to these places if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Integrated Marketing team in campaign and design work to win new business. This includes conceptualizing, exploring art directions and producing artwork for social, print and digital platforms.
• Support clients in daily tasks that include designing layouts, infographics and producing videos to create communications collaterals.

Requirements

Main Accountabilities:

• Serves on site as prime interface with customer, authority, sub-contractors and site personnel, on all HVAC matters.
• Carry out HVAC design and engineering for onshore and offshore E-house integration projects, including Cooling load calculation and designing the refrigeration and ducting system.
• Good understanding of HVAC AHU/ ACCU and its refrigeration system and able to diagnose and troubleshoot.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience Marine & Offshore HVAC Projects.
• Familiar with ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, AMCA, CIBSE, DW144, DW 143, ISO 15138, ISO 7547, SOLAS, MODU, API RP 505, IEC 60079 Standards, and DNV, ABS class requirement.
• Required to have knowledge in HVAC Commissioning either in Offshore or in Plant Projects.
• Mandatory to have experience in Plants/ Offshore/ FPSO E-House project.
