• Manage all accounting transactions

Job Description:

• Responsible for graphic design related to company products and brand promotion, including but not limited to creative design and execution of main visual elements, H5, poster topics, etc.
• Brand expansion design.
• Keep up with design trends, able to conceive and propose diversified design solutions.
• Lead the definition of visual language and establish visual standards.
• Familiar with web design, able to independently design iterations for the web according to design specifications.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in common design tools, with certain illustration drawing abilities, and a certain understanding of post-processing and motion design (with design portfolio attached).
• Proficient in shaping brand texture, able to focus on and apply the latest design trends and styles.
• Excellent sense of responsibility and communication skills, with a certain ability to withstand pressure, able to drive the implementation of design solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Develop concept and schematic design.
• Design development and tender drawings that will include detailed drawings and specifications for construction purposes.
• Coordinate with all internal and external parties related to tendering package.
• Oversee interior design process for entire project consistent with project timeline and budget.
• Engage in team and project meetings to resolve project issues.
• Able to present to clients on design at various stages of project.

What you will need:

• Enthusiastic individuals passionate about design.
• Good team player with ability to work both independently and team-based environment.
• Have an excellent design flair, with a good eye for FF&E and interior detailing.
• A recognised relevant university diploma / degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture.
• Minimum 0 - 2 years’ experience in Interior Design, design development, tender documentation and project administration of various size and types of projects.
• Excellent portfolio of hospitality, public spaces, commercial spaces and office interior design.
• AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop and Microsoft Office skills are required.
• Indesign and Revit skills will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with local building codes will be an advantage.
