Primary Relationships

The position reports directly to the Head of IT. Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimally 3 years’ experience in leading a support and development team
• Must have eCommerce project development and implementation experience using Agile Methodology.
• Good track record of product management and development covering multiple platforms, but not limited to, e-Commerce, m-Commerce/Mobile App, CRM, SEO, Online Marketing etc
• Familiar with maintaining Cloud infrastructure like AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Minimally 5 years’ experience in an eCommerce environment, always updated with digital news preferably in the online luxury space

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 6 days work week / on rotating shifts.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
• A good team player and be able to relate to different levels of people.
• Able to work overtime, on weekends & public holidays when required.

The Sales Manager is entrusted with the responsibility of identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients into new sales within the wholesale vegetable market. Through strategic planning and effective outreach, they play a central role in expanding the company's customer base in the wholesale vegetable sector. Moreover, the Wholesale Vegetable Sales Manager is dedicated to delivering high service standards, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.

Individual Responsibilities:

-Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to their needs.

-Foster lasting client relationships through consistent delivery of exceptional service and a genuine commitment to satisfaction.

-Carry out post-sales activities, proactively identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling company products and services to existing clients.

-Advocate for clients' interests by collaborating with internal departments, ensuring a clear understanding of their requirements and seamless service delivery.

-Stay informed about the latest company products and services, evaluate their competitiveness in the market, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends. Provide clients with informed recommendations and insights based on this knowledge.

Job Description:

1. Manage team of sales representatives.

2. To train sales representatives on sales techniques and accompany new representatives on sales calls in order to mentor them.

3. Supervise medical reps on the field to develop and improve selling skills.

4. Build strong rapport with the key account customers and its stakeholders and ensure successful execution of sales and marketing activities in respective key accounts.

5. Identify the key accounts’ potential and work with marketing to grow the sales in the key accounts.

6. Plan and execute sales penetration and promotion campaigns.

7. Effective management of key account customers in General Surgery, Oncology and Rare Disease.

8. Drive the product listing process in key accounts and follow through every stage/process to ensure successful listing in timely manner.

9. Responsible for effective promotions, planning, proposals and execution.

10. Conduct CMEs, round table meetings and other activities to constantly engage the stakeholders of the key accounts.

11. Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.

12. Obtain latest market information from time to time and add value to marketing plans to gain competitive advantage.

13. Identify new business opportunities and create new customers.

14. Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and create new accounts by planning and organizing daily territorial planning.

15. Conduct sales presentations and prepare sales weekly & monthly reports.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in science-related disciplines.

2. Experience in sales team management.

3. Above 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical industry, particularly specialty care sales experience. Experience with Oncology products is an added advantage.

4. A commercially acute and customer-focused individual with a solid sales track record.

5. Strong negotiation and business partnering skills with ability to manage and negotiate with key decision makers in the hospitals. Experience in handling specialist and key stakeholders in both Private and Government hospitals is required.

6. Highly dependable and able to work independently.

7. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

8. Candidates with a Class 3 valid driving license and a car would be preferred (Transport allowance is provided).
