The Senior Manager, Community & Neighbourhood Hubs drives, formulates, plans, designs and review the objectives, programmes and operations of the Community and Neighbourhood Hubs within the Cluster to suit the needs of clients and provides leadership oversight on the execution of these programmes. He/She manages the risk and quality of the programmes, monitors programme expenses to ensure they are within the budget and reviews information pertaining to the operations of the Community and Neighbourhood Hubs within the Cluster. He/She also collaborates with the community partners and volunteers to develop community engagement and outreach plans that would engage and benefit both clients and the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and supervise the Community and Neighbourhood Hubs operations in pursuance to MINDS and the Clusters overall vision and objectives
• Ensure the programmes in the Community and Neighbourhood Hubs are run in accordance to funding bodies' requirements with high standard of corporate governance. These programmes include drop-in services, community engagement, direct care services, Social Enterprises and Employment Development
• Provide trans- or multi-disciplinary case management inputs for the programmes and activities within the Cluster
• Provide guidance, mentoring, supervision to the Asst Manager, Community and Neighbourhood Hubs on the management of their programmes
• Oversee the budget planning and execution of the Community and Neighbourhood Hubs within the Cluster
• Manage the use of resources allocated in the Community and Neighbour Hubs within the cluster
• Review funding proposals for delivery of services for the programmes in the Community and Neighbourhood Hubs within the cluster
• Work with the Senior Manager, Regional Hub to ensure that resources with the Cluster are optimised and allocated efficiently
• Develop programmes and services that activate and work with the community partners and resources that drive community interactions between clients and the community
• Renew, develop and execute programmes which will enhance the quality of life of our clients, the caregivers and the community

Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for the inspection, picking & packing and issuing of goods according to stated quantity in the DO/Invoices or pick lists.

Specifically, this role exists to:

• Responsible for the inspection, picking & packing and issuing of goods according to stated quantity in the Delivery Order/Note/Invoices or pick lists
• Responsible to ensure that goods picked are in good condition and prepared as per delivery requirements prior to issuing to delivery drivers
• Responsible to ensure that goods are correctly issued to the drivers according to DO/Invoices/Pick lists prior to delivery
• Responsible to rectify any discrepancy immediately during the handing over of goods to the delivery drivers to ensure correct goods and quantity are handover
