The role involves analysing existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, planning implementation, monitoring and providing solutions to enhance productivity and quality. It is also expected to lead the team of Manufacturing Engineers to study the engineering fundamentals of materials, process and equipment design interactions through systematic design of experiments or troubleshooting methodologies, to achieve the final product design specifications, as well as quality, yield, safety and reliability. Additionally, the role shall deliver a value driven manufacturing engineering strategy, ensuring the most efficient and most sustainable investment return for Dyson. About the role:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in material, polymer, chemical, electrochemical engineering or other relevant fields related to process and material fundamentals.
