• Direct, guide and manage room attendants and public area attendants to ensure all guestrooms, public areas and heart-of-house locations are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and tidiness for safety and comfort for all guest at all times.
• Alert, well informed about the Hotel and able to organize their work during peak hours rapidly by maintaining a constant standard of performance regardless of volumes of business in operations.
• Assist in job training, grooming standard, conduct of colleagues and ensures Housekeeping colleagues act according to Hotel rules and regulations as well as the established policies and procedures

Job Descriptions

• Collaborate closely with Operations and Project teams to evaluate and ensure the safe and efficient delivery of projects.
• Display all-aspect service excellence by elevating the organisational behaviour, culture and thinking in service design, planning, execution and follow-up operational matters.
• Manage the interface between Operations and Projects throughout all stages, from concept to final handover.
• Ensure project execution does not compromise terminal safety or reliability, proactively managing potential risks.
• Provide regular project progress reports and align with senior management.
• Develop resourcing plans for project management and coordinate staffing needs with HR.
• Lead, coach, and develop any direct reports.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Procurement: Oversee procurement and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality materials from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Planning: Lead capacity and production planning to meet customer demands.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide timely project planning support and responsive customer service.

• Min Degree in Engineering/Supply Chain, Business or related
• Min 8 years of project operations experience in Oil & Gas industry
