The Position
Reporting to the COO, the appointed individual will be responsible for the full spectrum of the financial accounting, ensure timely reporting of monthly/quarterly/ annual financial reporting as well as the preparation of financial and operating budgets and forecast. There will be a need to prepare monthly group financials for investors and quarterly group financial for board meetings. The Finance Manager will also be involved in treasury functions including managing banking relationships, tax structures, interest rate swaps and FX besides other ad-hoc duties.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess at least 8 years of working experience and hold an Accountancy Degree with a CPA or CA equivalent. Experience in Real Estate, Property, or REIT sectors, along with a robust background in treasury, is essential. Role Accountabilities

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project Manager located in Singapore. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall design, delivery and management of training programs and initiatives for AKC’s suite of courses. Position Summary Statement

Direct, monitor and supervise the day-to-day activities of all sections within the Front Office and other services rendered by other operational departments of the Hotel, including the Business Centre, and to ensure smooth operations and customer service satisfaction in line with the established standards and policies of the Hotel.

Main Duties

Job Requirements:
