Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or sales, within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing solutions and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
