• When needed, provide porter service to patients and elderly to-and-fro rehab centre and drop-off porch/carpark/bus-stop
• When needed, perform administrative tasks such as issuing invoices, printing documents

Requirements

• Relevant healthcare or related professional certificate
• Candidates with clinic/rehab assistant or admin experience will be added advantage

• Overall responsible for tender submission for M&E works from interpretation of specifications, compliances, terms and conditions, drawings and any other relevant document.
• Handle tender clarifications, investigation of clarification response by communicating with relevant stakeholders.
• Support in preparation of presentation slide, technical write up for tender interview.
• Offer Value Engineering solution for MEP works.
• To manage projects related to M&E works

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relavant working experience.
• Good technical knowledge in M&E works.

• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Developing new business relationships and maintaining existing ones with suppliers to ensure adequate supply of products
• Negotiating contracts with vendors to ensure that terms are fair for both parties
• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that products are available when needed
• Ensuring that products are stored properly to eliminate spoilage or damage
• Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings
• Work closely with management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
