The Senior Service Delivery Manager manages the service delivery portfolio across Singtel Commercial Projects. This includes day-to-day operation matters, SLA performance of our managed services, leading our delivery teams across various service functions, and be the client engagement on delivery matters. This role will act as the SPOC for Customer engagement on service delivery matters, and will be part of the Client Delivery Engagement, Global Delivery organization structure.

Service Delivery

• Service Delivery incorporates the end-to-end deliverables of the Service Contract delivered by Singtel Group (or its sub entities). This includes client engagement with Customer and managing external and internal stakeholders’ expectations and deliverables outcome.
• This will also cover the growth of the account and looking into delivering excellent Customer Engagement experience.
• The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) may manage delivery in a single, or up to multiple accounts subjective to the size and scale of the service contract.
• The SDM is also expected to make strategic and tactical plans in alignment of delivery to meet the contractual obligations (SLAs) to our customers.
• The SDM will act as the SPOC, for Customer engagement on service delivery matters, and will be part of the Client Delivery Engagement, EDMS organization structure.

Operations

• The SDM is expected to lead both the Service and Technical delivery team in day-to-day operations matters, and ensure services are delivered sustainable model to meet our SLA deliverables.
• Operations delivery includes leading team on delivery excellence, and drive towards continuous service improvements, and to enhance the service values to the customer.
• The SDM is also expected to engage and manage 3rd party partners, to align their delivery competency and capabilities with Singtel service contract to our customers.

Financial Management

• The SDM is expected to manage the financials for the service projects under his purview. This includes recovery of costs in respective cost centers in a healthy state.

People and Growth

• The SDM is expected to have people management on the delivery teams, either under direct or indirect management (eg. 3rd party partners or contractors).
• The SDM should also conduct routine communications with the members of the delivery teams, and their own direct reports. This includes weekly/monthly/quarterly/half-annually/annually meetings, one-on-one sessions and performance assessments as deemed required.

Skills for Success:

• Min. 6 years in general service delivery, in 1 or more Technical Domain or Min 2 years working in enterprise scale IT environment.
• Good to have min. 10 years in senior delivery role managing in at least 1 Technical Domains (or multiple technical domains) in enterprise environment.
• Experienced in Service Delivery Management.
• ITIL Foundation knowledge.
• Proficient in at least 1 technical workstream (Network, System, DB, Storage, Hosting, Cloud, Workplace services).
• Good to have project management skillset.

We’re looking for a Regulatory Product Compliance Senior Manager to join our growing Product Compliance team and lead the Assets Product Compliance support in APAC. This role is hands-on, a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise’s mission, grow as a product and compliance manager, and help save millions more people money.

Your mission:

In 2022 Wise launched the Assets product in Singapore, a new type of account. Assets allows customers to invest the money they hold with Wise in different asset classes such as stocks or bonds while retaining the instant access and spend functionality of a checking account.

Your mission is to work with our product teams based both in Singapore and London to improve our Assets offering in Singapore in a compliant manner through a deep understanding of the regulatory requirements and Regulators’ expectations around investment products. You will also support the product teams on expanding the Assets offering in new APAC markets.

You will also act as the Chief Executive Officer and Director for Wise Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd. which currently holds both a CMS licence under the SFA and an MPI licence under the PSA.

This is a first line Product Compliance role, embedded in the Product team.

You, together with the global and APAC product team, will be responsible for:

Regulatory risk and remediation:

• By demonstrating a deep understanding of the Wise Assets product and local regulatory requirements you support Product and operational teams on how to interpret regulatory requirements, improve processes and our product to avoid regulatory breaches and/or incidents;
• In collaboration with Risk and Compliance second line and the product team, identify and align on the main regulatory risks, gaps and forthcoming regulations. Present this in a very clear and understandable way to the wider teams, and work with them on defining the solutions and execution of mitigating actions

Product design:

• Deeply understand regulatory needs, translate this into solutions and work together with the Product Teams to build compliant new products/features and services in a customer oriented way;
• Perform regulatory analysis of new products/features and services, and implement required controls prior to launch.
• Identify opportunities to improve our product proposition / competitiveness by thoroughly analysing relevant regulations and challenging existing interpretations and market practice

Third Party Relationships:

• Represent Wise in external meetings and being able to clearly and effectively articulate the Wise Assets Product;
• provide input on regulatory related matters, always representing Wise customer-oriented culture while ensuring compliance.

Chief Executive Officer and Director:

• Act as Chief Executive Officer and Director for Wise Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd and ensure compliance with SFA LCB 13.
• More concretely, for example - implement, and ensure compliance with policies on all operational areas, ensure compliance arrangements to help ensure Wise’s compliance with all applicable laws, codes of conduct and standards of good practice, identify, address and monitor the risks associated with Wise’s business activities, ensure that Wise is subject to adequate internal audit, …

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience working for firms in the retail investments, fund management, or capital markets industries, with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience during that period;
• Deep working knowledge of the MAS’ Securities and Futures act (“SFA”);
• Familiar with the evolving regulatory expectations of the MAS with regards to Capital Market firms and ideally even Payment Services / Electronic Money firms;
• Ability to prioritise effectively and call-out what are the key areas of improvement and implementation required from a regulatory point of view;
• Ability to effectively communicate with Product Managers and Engineers and provide practical, actionable, and value added recommendations;
• Problem solving attitude, with the ability to use regulation together with data to drive business decisions;
• A natural owner, that drives and delivers project from inception to completion, timely and with attention to the details;
• Willingness to travel, as the Assets team is mainly located in London; and

Purpose of the Role:

The Assistant Manager of the Resource Development Department will be the core strategist to increase/ maintain organisation’s annual donation income. As the champion of all fundraising efforts, you will ensure the set of fundraising plans for the financial year is fulfilled to reach the organisation’s goals. You will also assist in reviewing the department’s directions and needs, providing constructive feedback, and activating changes and improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Propose annual fundraising plans, organising them by the month and quarterly stating the target breakdown.
• Conduct the approved plans accordingly with the assistance of a junior executive, and other internal stakeholders whenever possible.
• Update the Department Manager and share with team members at least bi-weekly on the status and progress of each exercise.
• Brainstorm with the team and other relevant departments to create new programmes and projects to encourage donors’ participation/ donation.
• Supervisor to a junior executive, and other senior executives in the absence of the Department Manager; and undertake any other special projects assigned by Department Manager and National Director.
• Regular meetings with Asia Pacific counterparts and actively engage in regional strategic planning and execution.

A successful candidate would be someone who:

• A candidate who is fluent in English and also Mandarin-speaking who is required to serve Mandarin-speaking donors.
