Job Responsibilities

• Receive goods, track deliveries, and liaise with suppliers and supply chain team.

Experience & Technical Competencies

• Ideally 1 year of client servicing experience, preferably in a media or digital agency, or 1+ year video editing experience
• Adequate experience in managing social campaigns (Facebook/Instagram/YouTube/TikTok)
• Education qualifications are not essential, but degrees in Accounting, Video Production, and Sociology are appreciated

• Perform general administrative duties related to the day-to-day operations of the school.
• Provide customer service to walk-in and call-in customers.
• Recommend music courses, enrolment, collect school fees.
• Sales of music books/instruments and inventory management.
• Preparation of music books/instruments/accessories order by the branches.
• Generation, Collation and Documentation of Reports.

Requirements

• Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
• Meticulous, self-driven and resourceful
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work 4 days a week (Including Monday, Tuesday, Saturday) ; Duration : 6 to 9.5 hrs.
• We also open for the negotiation to work only 3 days part-time basis, compulsory working on Saturday
• Able to work at "retail hours" ( nights and weekends )

· Report to the Restaurant Manager or a management staff appointed by the Company

· Support and assist the Restaurant Manager in managing the restaurant

· Deputise in the absence of the Managers

· Supervise a team of service crew to ensure the restaurant smooth operation

· Handle cashiering duties and to do banking duties

· Conduct interview for new hires

· Guide and train new / existing Service Crew

· Constantly motivate and cultivate a team spirit

· Maintain utmost service standards and discipline / grooming among the service staff

· Assist in crews’ performance appraisals and confirmation

· Conduct daily check list

· Constantly obtain customer feedback to ensure satisfaction

· Attend to customer complaints (if any)

· Assist Restaurant Manager to monitor labour and F&B costing matters, including bi-monthly stock take

· Adhere to Company’s standard operating procedures

· Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job duties:

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote sports club activities, events, and memberships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Create compelling content for various marketing channels including social media, website, email newsletters, and print materials.
• Manage the company's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with external agencies, partners, and sponsors to maximize promotional opportunities and reach target audiences.
• Analyse marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business objectives.
• Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Oversee the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, and promotional materials.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 15 years of relevant working experience with a pronounced focus on devising and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, preferably within the sports industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese for liaising with overseas counterparts.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms for performance tracking and reporting.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
