The technical team is an independent team of experts within IQ-EQ providing technical and industry reporting standards advice to global client services teams, sales and implementation teams, and global clients within the Funds & Institutional segment.

You:

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of experience in content marketing and/or agency producer position.

You will directly manage the regional Solution Architect team, supporting GSI, CSP, MSSP and Technology partners to scale the business.  Technical resources team while developing a centralized engagement strategy for the wider partner ecosystem.

You will also engage with the Partners to understand their challenges and identify development requirements. Ecosystem partners are critical to our business. We recognise that the partner landscape is differentiated and requires a tailored approach to our engagement strategy. This role will be responsible for the development and delivery of a tiered jointed solution and enablement plan which targets each of the partner categories with a consistent methodology. Distribution, Channel, Systems Integrators, and Managed Services across product platforms (Strata, SASE, Prisma Cloud, and Cortex).
