Key Attributes/Responsibilities

• Analyse problem statement provided by client and formulate relevant solutions
• Ability to manage project budget and costing.
• Create a project plan , come up with a schedule, tasks to complete, create project milestones and timeline
• Set deliverables for all stakeholders involved
• Moniter the project progress and intervene when required. In case of delays, come up with a solution that is agreeable to all project stakeholders
• Conduct regular white-board meetings

Responsibilities

We are looking for an individual to join where you will provide project administrative

• support and other duties. Support project teams in various project phases of projects from planning to delivery. This could entail helping with documentation, minutes, task tracking, etc.
• Support the project teams in project related events/meetings, including security clearance and/or project/site clearance for staff and contractors.
• Plan, implement, execute and oversee all aspects of an event
• Process purchase orders and perform acceptance, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Co-ordinate and work closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of goods and information to internal stakeholders.

• Interface with vendor regarding products and services needed
