Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
· Handle full spectrum of HR functions including payroll processing
· HR administration such as system input, filing, prepare employment contracts, letters and other documentation
· Handle all work passes and work permit application/renewal/cancellation including MYE matters, dormitory arrangement, update residential address via MOM OFWAS system, CSOC, Core-trade, levy waiver, medical check-up for new hire and monthly renewal workers
· Administration of employee insurance, government paid claims, staff benefit claims, employee training and others
· Attendance checking and overtime processing
· Conduct and complete market surveys from MOM, IRAS, CPF, WDA and various HR related surveys.
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements :
· Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
· Minimum 3 years as a HR Generalist with payroll processing experience
· Prefer candidates who has minimum 3 years experience in Construction Sector
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision
· Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll software
· Willing to work at Tuas South (pick up transport provided at Boon Lay MRT)
· Prefer candidates who stay in the West Region Singapore
· Compensation will commensurate with experience
