• Processing customer orders to completion and respond to customer progress inquiries within expected timescales with sales administration like purchase order, delivery order and raise bills.
• Responsible in handling and processing of local & overseas customer inquiries,formulation of quotations, order entry and after-sales administration.
• Liaise with clients on men power & delivery arrangements.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaint whenever needed.
• Preparing tax invoices and / or post-delivery documents.
• Liaise with suppliers, issue purchase order to suppliers & coordinate the purchases. If needed, to look for new suppliers; obtain quotations from suppliers, comparison of pricing and follow up till items delivered.
• You shall provide administration support to another department.
• You are responsible for all duties assigned to you by the Directors of the Company in the capacity for which you are employed.
• You shall co-ordinate and co-operate with all your co-workers as and when necessary. You shall cover duty for administrative assistant whenever they are on leaves.
• You shall report to the Directors and or any other officials designated by the Directors for the discharge of your duties.
