Account Duties:

1. Order Entry Support
2. Issues Sales Invoice
3. Co-ordinate sales orders issued and matching to packing lists
4. General Filing, matching of invoices and delivery orders
5. Ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

Admin / Receptionist Duties:

1. Administrative Work
2. Assist in incoming and outgoing letters, mail, and sorting out mailers, etc
3. Maintain / Top up stationery, office suppliers, etc
4. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
5. Ensure reception area is tidy and cleanliness
6. General Filing
7. Ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

• Min 1 Year working experience
• Junior position
• Able to start work ASAP

Job Description & Requirements

• Supervise and guide newly recruited / graduated nurses and student nurses
• Coordinate, plan, implement and evaluate ward / unit training needs and activities
• Assist the Nurse Manager / Nurse Clinician in implementation, assessment and evaluation of nurses’ competencies
• Foster sound professional collegial relationship with Medical, Allied Health and Nursing team, patients and public
• Conduct ward / unit orientation and induction for newly recruited / graduated nurses
• Nurture nurses’ clinical competencies progression through mentoring and role modelling
• Collaborate with the Nursing Education department in planning, implementing and evaluation of competency based education and training
• Participate in Nursing Quality related projects
• Role model the desired team and leadership behaviours
• Perform other assigned duties
• Diploma in Nursing/Degree Qualification
• Post Basic Specialty Certificate/Advanced Diploma in Nursing
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• At least 5 years nursing experience in specialty area (essential)
• Experience as a preceptor/clinical nurse educator preferred
• Desired leadership behavior demonstrated
• Coaching and mentoring ability
• Knowledge of current trends in nursing practice
